Commit 682a6682b6bba6d2fe33fb0590ccd074d530fa30 by ebiggers ci.yml: disable armv6 tests Upgrading run-on-arch-action to v3.0.0 fixed crashes in other-arch-build-and-test that were apparently caused by a QEMU bug, but there still remains a crash in the armv6 tests due to "Illegal instruction". It remains even if all the ARM-optimized code is disabled. Disable the armv6 tests for now. (commit: 682a668)
